Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer pet training services to help your furry friends learn obedience, manners, essential skills, and minor behavioral, problematic, or anxiety issues. We also provide pet sitting services for when you need someone trustworthy to care for your pets while you're away.
Q. How do I schedule a pet training session or pet sitting appointment?
A: Scheduling a session is easy! Simply contact us through e-mail mmowery83@gmail.com, or text/call 336-341-8558, and we'll arrange a convenient time for your pet's training session or pet sitting appointment. Q: How do you ensure the safety of my pet during training or pet sitting?
A: The safety and the well-being of your pet are our top priority. I use positive reinforcement which focuses on rewards to encourage desired behaviors during training, and our pet sitters are experienced to handle emergencies and ensure a safe environment for your pet.

A: Our cancellation policy varies depending on the service and circumstances. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us for more information
Q: How far in advance do I need to book pet sitting services?
A: We recommend booking pet sitting services as far in advance as possible, especially during peak times or holidays. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever we can.
Q. What types of pets do you work with?
A: We work with dogs, cats, birds, small mammals, farm animals and other household pets. If you have a unique or exotic pet, feel free to reach out to discuss your specific needs.
Q: How long are the training sessions?
A: Training sessions typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, this all depends on the needs & complexity of training goals.
Q: Do you offer group training classes or only individual sessions?
A: I offer individual private training sessions, day trains, board and trains, and training during pet sitting to accommodate different preferences and needs.
Q: What types of pets do you train?
A: I specialize in training dogs (all breeds and ages), but could potentially work with cats and other small animals upon request.
Q: How do you tailor training to each pet's individual needs?
A: Through an assessment and asking questions. Each pet's personality, learning style, and behavior goals are different. No two dogs are the same so I customize a training plan that meets their specific needs.
Q: Are you certified or accredited?
A: Yes, I attended Highland Canine "Global Leader in Canine Education" an accredited school and graduated as a certified Master Dog Trainer June 2023

A: During the training process, you can expect communication, guidance, and ongoing support to help you and your pet succeed & to ensure the training techniques are effective and implemented at home

A: We offer several different services, which can all be discussed during your phone assessment for training or the complimentary meet and greet with pet sitting services.

A: We offer several different options. Payment can be obtained through the scheduling software (PetPocketBook) or we accept cash, check, or Venmo.
